Heritage Brunch

For groups of 12 or more, (upon request and subject to availability) we invite you to our exclusive Heritage Brunch. Enjoy warm dishes, our legendary homemade "Bircher Muesli", freshly baked pastries, eggs from local farms, fine regional cheeses, and selected cured meats and specialty sausages. Freshly sliced fruits and vegetables add color and freshness to the table.

The buffet is complemented by a delicious selection of egg dishes, jams, mueslis, nuts, dried fruits, sweet pastries, and much more. We also cater to special dietary needs with vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options.

Most ingredients are sourced locally and carefully selected from sustainable origins, ensuring conscious and flavorful enjoyment.
