The delicious breakfast buffet is served from 06.30 - 10.00, on weekends and public holidays from 07.00 - 11.00.
Would you like to breakfast earlier or later? The service team or the night porter will be pleased to prepare you a continental breakfast, at any time.
An ever-increasing assortment of specialities from the countryside around Basel, fresh rolls, croissants and sweet pastries baked on the premises provide a feast for the eyes and the palate . Mild-cured salmon, eggs boiled to order, scrambled eggs, crisp-fried bacon, home-made muesli, selected cold cuts and specialist cheeses from the buffet will tempt you to indulge in a morning treat.
Each cup of coffee, espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato is freshly prepared with a piston coffee maker. The used coffee varieties "Sombrero" and "Bio Bravo" (Certified Organic Label) from the local coffee roasters Bertschi Café are Max Havelaar Fair Trade products.
Lovers of a good cup of tea will be delighted to be able to start the day with an exquisite tea from Ronnefeldt.
